Whilst we are able to offer solutions via a number of different service providers there are occasional black spots where there is no signal. On the rare occasion that there is no coverage then we can provide systems that use either PSTN (standard telephone network) or Satellite.
As the IN4MA uses SMS to transfer data then the cellular signal level required in minimal. If the signal is marginal then we can provide externally mounted high performance antenna’s to boost it.
The IN4MA has an intelligent communications strategy built into it. The system can use GPRS, GSM data calls or SMS (text messages). It will switch from one to another and back again to suit the conditions of the network at that particular time. |
